CapabilitiesHiPk, LLC is a Veteran owned and operated, small business with corporate headquarters located in Dahlgren, VA, and branch offices located in Tidewater VA, San Diego, CA, and Mayport, FL. HiPk provides consulting services to the U.S. Government at the Center for Surface Combat Systems and Learning Center Detachments, the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and other Naval Surface Warfare Centers located throughout the US.HiPk delivers improved warfighting system interoperability and effectiveness through technical and tactical combat systems knowledge. Our employees are primarily former senior military technicians, tacticians and managers and understand the position we place our warfighters. We also understand the technical aspects of the complex systems being fielded today and can bridge the gap between the engineering and operational communities.
